Random

This is just an ordinary day in the life being married to Pat.
We go shopping at Target, Pat walks away and then I find him.
I love him even if he is found putting on odd random chicken suits.

Our Good news

Well most of you know already...our big news is...

Tom and Sally are moving back to Missouri. They have been looking forward to moving back to see their grandchildren. I am sure they will miss their church, as I know their church was very sad to see them come home. Tom will be pastoring a small church in Stony Hill. (out by wine country) They will have to make some serious adjustments, and will be moving all of their things again. Please pray for Tom and Sally, and their congregations during this move. We are happy that they will be closer. Also we found out that we are going to have another Blanner Baby in the family, Jessica is newly pregnant, expecting her fourth! My prayer is for my niece or nephew and momma, and all of you moms out there expecting and for those of you who want your womb to be filled, I pray daily for you.

Gator is good...

Ellie eating alligator

Mimi and Grandadd with Elijah
Even Noah our picky (I mean very picky) eater ate gator.
Here we are in Ocala, we were having a special dinner for Gary and Mary, and my 30th.
When we asked Elijah what he wanted for dinner, he said "gator please" So Mimi and Grandadd ordered him a big plate of gator, and everyone tried some. mmm gator. Elijah said, "It was delicious and spicy.

Orlando Hotel

We get to beautiful Orlando ready to drop. Tom and Sally were there greeting us with smiling faces. They actually took the kids home with them to McIntosh, and Patrick and I spent the night here in Orlando. Let me tell you I was scared Pat booked this hotel for 59.00. I was not sure what to expect and when I heard it I was just like...how could you. Yuck. However, it turned out to be sooo nice, it was a promotion, they were renovating a few rooms in the hotel and wanted to accommodate us with the best price in Orlando. Pat had to leave at like 4:30 a.m. to go to the airport. You will not believe it he gets there and they cancel his flight, so poor Pat sits at the airport until 9:30 a.m. while I am sleeping away at the hotel. We did not have good experiences at the airport at all this time around. It was so nice of Tom and Sally to lend the truck to me, and I met up with them the kids, and Gary and Mary later on that day.

Over the ocean and through the clouds....

Every one did okay on the plane for the most part. Our flying situation was not the best. It all started on my 30th birthday with our car breaking down on the way to the airport, and not getting to the airport for our original flight, so we were on standby with 3 kids, who were tired and hungry for hours, and hours. We left at like 3:34 a.m. and didn't get into Orlando until 6:30 p.m. It was a nightmare and makes me nauseous just thinking about it!

This here is our engagement night

I have to apologize for this pic, it was in d.h.'s wallet, and has gotten scuffed up. Here we are at dinner at Elizabeth's on 37Th in Savannah, Georgia. After dinner we went to the famous gardens and walked around the fountain under the Spanish moss in the moonlight, and Pat got down on one knee, and I started blushing and jumping up and down. It was a wonderfully romantic proposal. It was also followed with a carriage ride. Those of you who know me know I love, love, love horses. So it was an amazing night.

Yay! My Best girl is getting hitched!

Congratulations to Erin and Michael! They are to be married May 31st, in Cincinnati. We are so excited! I am praying for you girl! The kids have been practicing their walking down the aisle and are looking forward to it, I hope all goes smooth, I am a little anxious.

More good news....
